We had an excellent stay at the property. It was even more spacious in person than it looked online! The yard was spacious as well, good for our corgi. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and the one neighbor we interacted with was very nice. A couple of very minor issues we had: we didn't get our check-in info until morning of (it was a technology related glitch, not the host's fault); saw a few tiny ants in the master bath; some of the jets on the large tub in the master bath didn't work (not a big deal, we only used it because it was there, it wasn't the reason we picked the property); and the only coffee pot that worked was a 5 cup one (but there's a Wawa just up the street!). Two other things to mention-there's a gap underneath the fence that a really small pup or an escape artist could conceivably get through and there were cameras in the backyard that I think weren't in the original property description (for insurance reasons no doubt, not a big deal). It's conveniently located to Delaware 1, the beaches are a short drive away, all kinds of nearby attractions. In short, the property is great for the price! The host largely left us to our own devices, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would ABSOLUTELY book again!

Property was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. We brought our 2 dogs, but something good to know is by the driveway is more of a short metal fence that isn’t pictured in the listing like the tall wood fence in the back and sides of the property. Location was a short drive to the boardwalk/beach.

Very pet friendly for my two small dogs 9lbs and 15lbs.So satisfied I think we will return the end of September for a few days.

The house was a nice location to everything I needed to get to! Close to the beach and the event I was there for. The owner was easy to communicate, had everything ready and was incredibly helpful. There were 1-2 minor cleanliness issues but the owner was receptive to the feedback and ensured it would be taken care of!
