About this apartment rental
Only half a block from Boulder Creek, and a 10 minute walk to Pearl Street, this recently renovated condo is a convenient oasis in downtown Boulder. High end stainless steel appliances, full kitchen, hardwood floors and new carpet, and a gorgeous new bathroom with soaker tub await you.
Easy walking distance to CU campus, "the Hill", Boulder Creek path, hiking trails, Chautauqua Park, and downtown. No car needed if that what you prefer, but an off street space is provided.
The space
Recently renovated 2nd floor condo. All new appliances, refinished hardwood floor, new carpeting in the bedrooms, both bathrooms completely remodeled, new washer and dryer. High Speed wifi, flat screen TV with all the popular apps and channels.
I hope you enjoy staying here as much as I enjoy living here!

Bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, living room, deck, laundry. You get pretty much everything except my food! The master bedroom's closet space is shared, but there is ample dresser and hanger space for you.

Other things to note
This is a shoes off, no party zone household. The sound from the apartment above does travel just like an average apartment. The upstairs tenant is great and respectful and you can always let him know if it's too loud.
In the summer it can get hot during the day. I recommend closing the shades and windows as the day warms to keep it cool. Open windows and turn on fans in the bedrooms once it cools in the evening. There is a small wall A/C unit by the sofa.

Comfy and convenient. The manager was very responsive. Everything we needed was there. Easy walk to the creek and Pearl St. Easy to get Ubers and close to shops, restaurants, etc.

Generally our stay was OK but we will not stay in an owner occupied place again. It just felt weirdBring a small car...the parking is tight!
