The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 50 m² flat with a sea view, which can accommodate up to 5 people, for rent in Mers-les-Bains. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- A private WC separate from the flat (on the landing)
Outside area:
- A 2 m² balcony to enjoy the warm weather
The flat is ideally located in Mers-les-Bains, one of France's favourite villages on the Baie de Somme, in a very pleasant setting. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- The pebble beaches, ideal for swimming, relaxing or a walk along the coast.
- Discover the Baie de Somme, a real natural jewel classified as one of the most beautiful bays in the world, renowned for its ecological richness.
- The O2 Falaises Aquatic Centre, 50 m away, a fun area with pools and slides for all ages
- Cinema 200m away

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
