About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this 160 m² former farmhouse in Saint-Quentin-la-Motte-Croix-au-Bailly to rent for up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, fireplace (first flambé offered), sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- An office with a dedicated workspace
- A relaxation area with table football
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom (with bath) and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) and one queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room (with shower) and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 400 m² garden with terrace and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Quentin-la-Motte-Croix-au-Bailly, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Beach and sea: 2.5 km
- Baie de Somme and seal watching: 20 minutes
- Numerous cycle paths for bike rides
- Walks in the national forest
- Indoor sports activities in the village (paddle, etc.)
- Water sports 4 km away
- Historical visits to Eu: castle, collegiate church, crypt

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the street just in front of the property.
