Start your day with sunrise views over the canal from the spacious screened porch at this peaceful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath waterfront home in a South Bethany. With direct canal access, you can launch one of the 2 on-site kayaks, bring your jet ski, or tie up your boat at the bulkhead dock—just steps from the back door. A new deck and dock will be ready before summer.
Inside, enjoy a flexible, pet-friendly layout with one bedroom on the lower level and two upstairs—perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a relaxed coastal vibe.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8):
– Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
– Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
– Bedroom 3: Pyramid Bunk (Full over Queen)
Highlights:
– Canalfront with dock access and bulkhead
– Large screened porch with sunrise water views
– One bedroom on lower level; two bedrooms upstairs
– Pet-friendly! (Dogs only – max 2 under 50 lbs, additional fee applies)
– High-speed WiFi and cable TV (4 TVs)

Kitchen & Appliances:
– Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender, and dishwasher
– Standard coffee maker & Keurig
– Washer and dryer
– Extra refrigerator in garage
Outdoor Features:
– New deck (coming before summer)
– Screened porch for outdoor dining and relaxing
– Gas grill
– Kayak launch – 2 kayaks available with signed addendum
– One-man exterior elevator lift (request use in advance, signed addendum required)
– Beach gear: 4 bikes, 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach cart, toys (not guaranteed)
Booking Details:
– Saturday-to-Saturday and flexible stays available – see calendar
– Linens & towels available to rent for $180
– Must be 25+ to rent
– Additional taxes and fees may apply
What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

The property more than exceeded our expectations. You could tell that the property owners are meticulous and care about their guests having a great time at the beach. We have been vacationing in South Bethany for over 20 years. This is one of the best houses that we have stayed at. Thank you Fisher family!!

Great place! The family had so much fun. Great place for biking, kayaking paddleboards or boat and jet skis. Crabbing off the canal was fun. We gathered mussels nearby and the beach access was easy and not crowded. We were able to take the dogs on the beach and the entire family was together. We rented bikes for the littles nearby. Our first trip to Bethany and we will be back. Great neighbors, family atmosphere and people were so nice. Wilgus were great people and class acts. We also have a pet friendly rental and this place was run well.
