About this house rental
South Bethany Beach house sits on canal that leads to Assawoman Bay. New paint, floors, and furniture on top floor. fast walk to the beach since only two and a half blocks to beach. Guests can use our Kayak/life jackets, our bikes, and treadmill (But must sign waiver).
Top floor includes large great room with windows overlooking the canal, sectional with TV and fireplace and an open kitchen/floor plan and dining room table that can seat 10 and kitchen island can seat 6.
Downstairs is another 2nd living room with 50+ inch TV.
Bedrooms on 2nd top floor:
1st Bedroom - Master with King Bed and private full bath
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed
Bedrooms on 1st floor (lower level):
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed
4th Bedroom - Queen Bed
Linens/Bath towels/Beach towels included in price. Beach chairs,crab pot, radio flyer wagon, beach toys available for guest use.
** One of our daughters has Celiac. If you would like access to GF pots/pans, toaster etc please message host for more details.
** Host is open to non-shedding, well behaved dogs for an extra fee. Please message host for more details.

Our family of 4 loved this house and had more than enough room. The great room is beautiful with a wall of windows looking out over the canal. The kitchens and bathrooms are brand new and the entire house was well decorated. The house was super well stocked and the owner was easy to communicate with. We hope to return.

We had an amazing week in South Bethany! The owners could not have been more accommodating and responsive!
We enjoyed exploring the canals on our SUPs and kayaks and the gorgeous beach was just a few blocks away. This is not just a house, it is a home stocked with lots of extras that made our stay even better than anticipated!

Charming bay home, perfectly sized for two adult couples and two grown children. Well appointed, exceptional communication. Easy walk to the beach.
Highly recommend for a quiet off-season escape.
