About this apartment rental
Two-room apartment, for 5 people, approx. 46 square meters, on the ground floor, with two garden / terrace. Double bedroom with additional single bed, living room with two sofa beds, satellite TV, kitchenette (fridge, microwave) and dining table, bathroom with shower, hairdryer. Fan, wi-fi connection.
The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, Wi Fi. Not included and to be paid on the spot: use of washing machine, heating based on usage, additional bed linen and towels.
This small, old hamlet is located in Pomaia, a medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast. The nearest beaches are in Castiglioncello (14 km) or Vada (16 km).
The holiday resort offers a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside and the Tuscan archipelago. This very well-kept and comfortable holiday complex has around 30 tastefully furnished apartments of various sizes that meet all individual requirements. They are tastefully decorated, each with their own garden or terrace, Wi-Fi connection.
Guests have at their disposal a restaurant with organic Tuscan cuisine, a bar, a pizzeria, a table tennis table, a children's playground, a laundry room, a barbecue area and a swimming pool (12 x 8 m, open from June to September) and a children's pool.
Surroundings and distances: The city center of Pomaia is 1 km away; Here you will find a café, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank. The world famous Tibetan Buddhist Center, Tzong Khapa, is 600 meters away and offers the opportunity for inter-religious encounters and relaxation. Volterra is 48 km away, Pisa 60 km and Bolgheri 40 km. For the youngest (and not only): we recommend the Acqua Village water park in Cecina (20 km) or the Cavallino Matto amusement park in Marina di Castagneto (40 km). You can book excursions with mountain bikes, on horseback or quad tours on site.
