In the town of Casale Marittimo (PI), in an enchanting panoramic position it is an ancient eighteenth-century farmhouse called Casalevecchio, in the immediate vicinity of which the remains of an Etruscan settlement of the eighth century are located at. C.
The rural building is surrounded by agricultural land of 140. 000 square meters, which is accessed by a country road of about 1 km. The large car park, private, is a few dozen meters from the house. The sea is visible from any point of the farm and a 15-minute drive.
The nearest beach is in Marina di Bibbona. The distance from roads, highways, railways and towns make Casalevecchio a location totally quiet, cool in summer because of its position at about 200 meters s. L.M. .
A circular pool (7m in diameter for 1,30m in height) located above ground, is available at 80 meters from the farmhouse and runs from early June to early September.
The surrounding plains and rolling hills offer pleasant cycling trips for the whole family. Unforgettable walks at sunset along the endless beaches of the coast and in the back-dune pine forests as well as in the hilly woods where they live, in a typically Mediterranean vegetation, wild boar, roe deer, fallow deer, foxes, badgers and other wild animals.
Archaeological remains everywhere in the territory, attest to ancient civilizations of the past that flourished in this part of Tuscany, from prehistoric populations to the first Italic peoples to the Etruscans and Romans. Wherever you come across medieval villages, perched on hills and framed by olive groves, pine, cypress and oak trees.

Schönes Casale in der Natur. Wer Erholung möchte, findet sie hier. Ausblick atemberaubend. Perfekt mit Hund. Netter aufmerksamer und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Kümmern sich um das Anwesen und um sämtliche Belange ihrer Mieter.Wir werden wieder kommen.

Das Haus CasaleVecchio liegt wunderbar auf einem Hügel in absoluter Alleinlage.Wir hatten das Glück ganz allein auf dem Grundstück zu sein. Nach einer turbulenten Anfahrt (sind falsch abgebogen) wurden wir von Guido bereits erwartet. Wir hatten alles dabei, was notwendig war, in der Umgebung gibt es auch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, falls was vergessen wurde. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, leider war bei uns der Pool noch nicht mit Wasser gefüllt. Kein Problem, an den Strand fährt man eine viertel Stunde. Es ist schön dass es noch solche Schätze in der Natur zum Erholen gibt.
