This house is in a great location and is suitable for large groups. The pool area is spacious with plenty of furniture. The closeness to the beach and restaurants is another great perk. We had only minor issues which we addressed with the manager, and would stay again in the future!

My family has rented roughly 30 houses over the years. This house is the best equipped, most comfortable home we've rented. The pictures don't do justice to the size of the rooms! The kitchen, bathrooms, pool area, beach equipment are so well stocked. We are always wondering if we need to bring kitchen equipment, beach gear, etc. We decided to travel lightly this year, not normal for us. We were thrilled with everything. The pool area is first class. Again, the pictures don't do it justice. It is the biggest I've encountered at a rental. The water temp was perfect and so, so clean.
The location is wonderful. So many grocery stores, restaurants, Beach stores etc. within a couple of miles. The beach is both quiet and busy. If you setup by Doc's Beach House, you'll encounter a lot of activity. If you set up 50' in either direction, you'll have a peaceful area.
If you are second guessing the value, location, comfort, size - STOP! The best we've rented!!!
