Second floor has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a TV room which opens up to spacious balcony. On third floor, you will enjoy an immense open concept kitchen, dining and living area for the whole family. Enjoy the sunsets from the large top floor balcony. Gas grill on top floor for your cooking needs right off from the main living room and kitchen. Private elevator access to all floors. You can't beat the premier location! Located directly across the street from beach access #8, you will enjoy Gulf views and sunsets without the expense of being 'beachfront'. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels included.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better—quick and easy access to the beach made it so convenient to come and go throughout the day. Everything you could possibly need for the beach was already there: chairs, sand toys, an umbrella, a wagon, and even a cooler. It made packing and planning so much easier.The kitchen was fantastic—fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and feel right at home. One of our favorite parts was the top balcony. The view was outstanding, and we spent so much time out there just relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze.It’s also a pet-friendly property, which was a huge bonus for us. Despite that, the place was incredibly clean—you would never know pets had ever been there. Our two dogs absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony, watching people.Having two separate floors gave us our own spaces when we wanted them, which made the stay even more comfortable.If you’re looking for a fantastic beach vacation, this is definitely the place to stay. We would absolutely come back
