Our co-hosts Andrew, Aly and Jason are available throughout your stay for anything you need, from activity recommendations to arranging watersports rentals. The Stay & Play office on-site is open daily from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM for beach gear pickup and local tips.
Please use emergency services (911) in case of medical emergency, fire or injury.
PETS
Pet friendly: $150 pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture.
Any extraordinary cleaning, damages and/or undisclosed pets will result in a minimum additional fee of $150.
RESORT AMENITIES FEE: $40 per stay. Covers all the inclusions listed above.
SECURITY CAMERA NOTICE: For the safety of our guests, staff and property, security cameras are installed in the following outdoor areas: jet ski/dock area, south and north courtyard areas, office door and exterior office area, and the parking lot. No cameras are located inside guest spaces.
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the unit (includes vaping, incense, etc.) No parties or events. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund. Please also refrain from loud music, especially in the evening. A $100 charge will be added for lost keys

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything- beach,shops, restaurants. Clean accommodations. Complimentary paddle boarding and bikes. Staff member even took pics of us out on the water. So fun. Pups loved it too.
