If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.
There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

Very cozy and comfortable. Convenient to beach and restaurant and grocery store. The unit itself could use a little TLC or upgrading. Would love to see a few more items in the kitchen for guests who eat in/cook breakfast — pot holders would be great. Just little things.

My wife and I really enjoyed or stay. The unit was clean with plenty of closet and dresser space coral our clothes. The bed and furniture was very comfortable . The location was the best thing about it all. Steps from the beach! Will definitely be back.

Our first time using VRBO was a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was unbeatable with a beautiful beach view right from the room. Parking was excellent, the bedroom was clean, the pool area was lovely, and the owner was very easy to communicate with.However, the unit itself needs urgent attention. The furniture was extremely dirty and had a noticeable odor. The coffee table was so heavy that I was unable to move it to see if the sofa bed was even usable. We also encountered several functional issues:Door & Windows: The sliding door was nearly impossible to open and had visible mold in the tracks.Kitchen: The dishwasher displayed an error code throughout our stay, the toaster was broken, and the sink lacked a drain plug.Bathroom: The faucet was crooked with poor water pressure and the sink drained slowly. The toilet paper holder was holding on by a thread, and the shower handle was so loose that the internal plumbing felt unstable whenever it was turned on.Furniture: The dresser drawers pull out completely if you aren't careful, and one was actually broken with nails sticking out.While the view is 5-stars, the interior condition unfortunately didn't match the current photos or the price point. It has the potential to be a great rental, but it requires significant deep cleaning and repairs."Note for future guests: The building has been painted white and no longer matches the current listing photos
