Apartment 1 is located on the lower level, with a private patio in the back, and the ability to walk straight out to the heated swimming pool. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. Parking included.
If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.
There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

Disappointed washer and dryer in the unit was out of order. Good location to beach. Very crowded public beach on a holiday weekend. Great location.

Love how close to the beach this unit is! It was exactly what my sister and I were looking for - a nice, clean spot, where we would be near the beach. We were especially grateful for free access to the laundry room!

We truly enjoyed or vacation on AMI. We have vacationed there many times but this was the best location overall. Music on the beach nightly, right on the beach, pool was a good spot to unwind and out patio door open right to the patio. Only issue we have is the poor quality of furniture on the back patio. All other units except Unit 1 had useable furniture.

The location is 10/10! The inside is very dated. 3 outlets did not have covers on them and one was so lose it was unsafe to use it. The inside freezer and outside refrigerator were not clean but the rest of the space was neat. The shared patio to the pool was much nicer than the “private” patio, except it was soo hard to push open the door. The patio and pool are are cleaned only Mon-Fri. It was nice to see we had beach chairs and umbrella to use for the beach. The furniture and bed were not comfortable and gross. The bed had an old memory foam layer on top and was not protected so bring your own pillows and a mattress cover. Water pressure in kitchen sink was great, however, not so great in bathroom. The bathroom sink literally drips when you turn it on. I would definitely stay in this area again, but not this unit.
