Natural light fills the living space while the screened porch provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi‑Fi, heated community pool, tennis courts, beach equipment, and easy access to shopping, dining, the trolley, and the beach.
House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older.
• Parking – Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted on the property.
• Pet Policy – Dogs up to 30 lbs. welcome with prior approval and applicable fees.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
• Professionally Managed – This property is managed by Florida Dreams Realty of Anna Maria Island.
Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Accommodates up to 4 guests.
Minimum Stay Required: 1 Week.

We arrived to find a large and well decorated 2 bedroom unit near the beach. It was clean and mostly well equipped with all of the comforts of home for the week. Everything was in working order as previously reviewed. We were minutes from the ocean and made our way there all but one day due to the temp and being overcast. We shopped at Publix and Walmart which was a bit further out. We dined at different places throughout our stay never returning to the same place to keep it fresh and support the locals. They are doing some construction to the outside of the building and start daily at 09:00 am. We were hoping to sleep in a bit later since we were on holiday, but other than that it was a blast and so much fun! We will definitely be back in the area for its tranquility and ease of beach access.We laundered the towels, did all of dishes, swept the floors and took out the trash. Things that we would’ve done at home. Thank you for a fun stay!

We have stayed in this complex many times before and always love that the location allows us to easily explore the island using the free trolley and be able to walk to the beach in minutes. This condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with the essentials for your stay (we stayed 3 weeks). The rental company location is right across the street in case you have questions or need anything and Rosann is wonderful. The pool is heated and lovely. Please note- the master bedroom mattress is quite firm, so you will want to consider this based on your sleeping preferences- however, Rosann has a topper available to use if you prefer softer. We would definitely rent this unit again.
