BookVI typically arranges a personal greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in, provide a brief tour, answer property-related questions, and share helpful island insights. Arrangements are based on your arrival time, party size, and familiarity with the villa. Guests who have stayed with us previously or are familiar with St. John may request a self or virtual check-in, which can be provided upon approval.
The Neighborhood:
This location is a true gem, enjoy Chocolate Hole Beach from your back door. Close to town yet serene and peaceful, you can enjoy morning walks to collect beautiful shells, take an evening dip, or spend the day paddle boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling.
Getting Around:
BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle for navigating St. John's terrain. We can provide a list of trusted local rental companies and have a few villa vehicles available.. Please inquire with the BOOKVI Team about options!
Other Things to Note:
Guests will receive a contract for signature in order to finalize your booking. Once your flight is booked, please provide your flight information to help us plan your arrival. We can assist with arranging private transportation from the airport to the villa, private taxi service, boat charters, private chefs, and spa services. We had a very good stay at Nautilus over the busy holiday time. The location was convenient and proximity to the ocean was excellent. The villa is in great condition, comes with lots of extra amenities (coolers, floats, beach towels) and was good to be able to park right in front. The host was accommodating, especially for pre-arrival and after checkout when travel restrictions happened. Would definitely rent this villa again.

We love St John and this house is a great location for getting to Cruz Bay for all the things but also getting over to the East End which we love. The house is by far the nicest we have stayed in on the island. Keep in mind a few things - that beautiful view and it is beautiful is best from the primary bedroom (or a short walk) and also that this luxury townhome community was never fully finished so there are a few shells of buildings nearby which is strange at first but you get used to it quickly.

Nautilus was Amazing. Well equipped kitchen, we cooked many meals & had everything we needed. Loved the ice machine in the kitchen. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The views are gorgeous from every angle. We would definitely stay again!
