The Space:
Step inside your haven where convenience meets comfort. The fully stocked kitchen beckons you to whip up delicious meals before venturing out to explore the sandy shores. With a private bedroom boasting a queen-size bed, a separate Murphy bed and a sofa bed in the oceanfront living room, and two full bathrooms—one even equipped with a relaxing jacuzzi tub—this suite accommodates up to six guests with ease.
Unwind on your private balcony as you take in breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Feel the gentle breeze caress your face as you sip on hot chocolate, savoring every moment of your seaside escape.
Beyond the comforts of your suite, the resort offers an array of amenities to enhance your stay. Guest Access:
Guests have access to Boardwalk Resort indoor/outdoor pool area. There is 1 parking space per suite.
Boardwalk Resort is located within walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and more.
Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.
Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.

The scenery inside was nicely decorated. The view was Great!I like the fact that it was big enough kitchen to cook in. However the mattresses are so worn out they need to be replaced. They sagged so low, it was uncomfortable to sleep.The living area has a small couch. There is enough room for a full size couch so a couple could stretch out on and snuggle while watching TV. It was uncomfortable trying to fit both of on the small couch.The furniture is in the way about to pull out couch and the Murphy bed. I was disappointed in the "spa / jet hot tub! Only one out of five Jets worked. The adjustments to open them up did not work either.Also the ports where the Jets come out had mold all in them and black specks of mold floated in the water after turning on the tub water.Door on the dresser was broken before we got there. I figured it would be fixed prior to us coming.Also did not like the fact that construction who is taking place close by was not disclosed until after purchase was made! And the fact that you can't get half your money back either.It sounded like a switch and baitby locking me in and I can't get my money back unless I buy the cancellation package which I missed it by day to do so. I'm glad we are able to make it and no mishaps happens to keep us from going.I worked in condo and luxury apartments maintenance. I also have years in sales.I had to double check your process and methods.I thought when I called the local number Id get a local per
