* Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.

* NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
* NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
* Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
* Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
* House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
* You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
* Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

Fantastic views everywhere you look. Open the door to your first great view from the picture window in the bedroom. To the living room with another picture window looking down the beach, then to the awesome beach views from the balcony. Everything you would need for a wonderful stay at Myrtle Beach is right here. We will be back again next year for our 44th anniversary. A very happy with our stay

Great little spot with beautiful views! The carpet was a little dirty with hair and crumbs but as to be expected, I suppose. Unfortunately, we had no air conditioning for the duration of our stay which was extremely disappointing. While this was out of the owners hands, it was equally disappointing that a small reimbursement was all that was offered. Not having AC during a beach stay deserved greater compensation but that was not given. Check in/out was easy and location is great!

The room definitely did not look like the pictures that were posted online (room looked a lot older)My children complained about how uncomfortable the beds were, and the sofa bed was really hard. We had to go out and buy extra blankets because there were none in the closets to accommodate my family of 5.Bathroom sink leaked underneath, and water went down extremely slow.Water covered half the balcony from the AC unit running.On our second day, the code to access our building was changed and we were not notified. We stood outside until someone came out and told us the new code. Would ask for a partial refund if it’s possible for the inconveniences my family and I experienced during our stay.
