Units at Carolinian Beach Resort by Elliott Beach Rentals

Our family enjoyed so much the Labor Day long weekend. We had so beautiful view from the balcony. I liked all the amenities in our apartment - kitchen, laundry room, it means a lot for a 5 persons family.

I recently rented a condo through Elliott Realty at the Carolinian in Myrtle Beach, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The booking process was easy, and communication was clear from start to finish. The condo itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely rent through Elliott Realty again!

It’s good , location is perfect.

The location was great, right on the beach! The room itself wasn't bad, however, there were a few issues. The chairs on the patio were filthy, so being able to sit outside on the patio wasn't an option. Unless you're ok/comfortable sitting in filth. The floors were dirty. I understand we were at the beach, however, my family hadnt even gone to the beach yet and we weren't able to walk around without socks or shoes on. The bottom of our socks were filthy. It's like the floor hadn't been swept or mopped well. The biggest issue was that there were bugs! On the first night, after pulling back the sheets to spray disinfectant, we saw a bug. And then in the bathroom, we saw 2 different bugs on 2 separate occasions in the shower. And on the last day, a bug ran across the floor in the bathroom. When I finally spoke to someone about these issues, after having left multiple messages and calling a few times, the young lady wasn't very helpful. She said there wasn't really anything they could do about the chairs or the bugs for that matter since it had been sprayed 2 weeks ago. She said they'd send someone to clean the floors but no clue if that ever happened.
