This condo is set up perfectly for multiple couples privacy. Almost like 2 rentals connected together by a hall. Views from the balcony also awesome. The building itself is a little aged but condo was updated beautifully. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a lazy river as well as beach access which the owner supplies beach chairs and an umbrella so perfect for either location to sun and swim. Unfortunately there is condo construction going on next door for 12 hours a day which was a little noisy but owner cannot be held responsible for that problem, Communication with the owners was outstanding!!

This Oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 Bath Condo was very nice. The Condo owners were very accomodating. There is construction going on next door but it didn't bother us. The location is centralized on the Grand Strand Ocean Blvd. I highly recommend staying and will definitely stay again in the future.

host was great, but living room had no heat. contacted the host, see sent a handyman to fix the heat, he had no clue as to what to do, said he would diagnose the problem and come back the next day, never saw him again. He kept looking for a thermostat on the wall. There was no thermostat, it was a split air unit. We turned the heat up in the bedroom to stay warm.
