In the old town centre of Presicce, one of the most beautiful Italian towns, Dimora Santi Mancuso offers a romantic loft, a holiday home with internet, air conditioning and barbecue, elegant and functional. It is ideal for a couple
or a small family on holiday in Puglia, in the area of Leuca. It can be
rented with the apartment, accommodating up to 9 guests. Pets are allowed.
Holiday home for 4 guests in Presicce, one of the most beautiful Italian towns
The
holiday home is on the upper floor of the building, accessible from the
living room of the apartment on the ground floor. The open space of the loft is a true gem.
The
loft was made with attention to details and it consists of a double bed
and sofa bed for two guests, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with
shower.
The stairs in the open space take to the pertinent garden,
equipped with an outdoor dining area and lounge area, in addition to a
small barbecue. Moreover, the holiday home is equipped with accessories
such as internet, air conditioning, tv and stereo.
The surroundings of the holiday home in Presicce
Dimora Santi Mancuso Loft is a complex of two holiday homes in an ancient building in the old town centre of Presicce, a lovely town with underground olive oil mills, churches, squares and buildings. It`s close to other villages such as Specchia (7 km away) and Alessano, 8 kilometers away, but also to the sandy beaches of Lido Marini, Torre Pali, Torre Mozza (13 km), Pescoluse (10 km) and Leuca (16 km).
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for small pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Shared external area.

Our stay in this wonderful apartment in the old town of Presicce has been absolutley perfect. The flat is quite small, but has everything you might need. Air-con, kitchen, fridge, TV. The bathroom is quite small and has an open shower, but it's absolutely fine and practical. The flat looks great, with nice furniture and great original features (for example the star shaped ceiling very common in Salento). What makes the flat perfect it the huge and beautiful roof terrace, where we ended up spending most of our time. With a wonderful view over the village's roofs, the terrace is decorated with plenty of plants and cacti, has a dining table, and a nice comfy area with sofa and arm chairs.
The entrance to the flat is through the beautifully designed landlords' front room. The landlords have been very welcoming and helpful, have given us great tips on what to do in the area and have really made an effort to make us feel at home.
The flat is located in the historic centre, one minute walk from the main square, a supermarket, pharmacy and a couple of bars and restaurants. Presicce is also conveninetly located about 15 minutes drive to the nearest beach, and around half an hour drive to Galiipoli and Marina Di Leuca, and less than an hour to Otranto and Lecce. I can't recommend enough, can't wait to go back myself!
