The room had great view!
Location couldn't have been better. It was clean and confortable, quiet with nice towels and robes. Enough space to relax on small couch. If you like shopping there is no better space.
Staff was very friendly and communicated clearly, even though through translator.
Love Kanazawa.
A couple of tea bags for the kettle and cups provided, would have been nice. The hallways need updating.

Room basic however heaps of extra amenities & staff outstanding very helpful and friendly. Shown to my room & how things work. Hotel a little dated but location great I got a taxi from the station then could walk to the castle grounds & famous gardens also right next to main st & could also walk to Ninja shrine/museum, shops & Samurai area. Would recommend if you are on a budget.
