    At the very center of Kanazawa walking distance to everywhere, just walk over the street then u will see a bus stop or even further there has another one where all bus will pass by. The toilet was clean as well

    I booked 2 nights, checked in& stayed one night. On the next day, i had a change of plans, so i had to leave the city that day. I contacted through agoda and asked if i could cancel tonight's reservation, and the hotel replied yes. Agoda also stated that i would get my refund at the hotel. I trusted their word, booked a hotel in another city.( which i would not have done if i were rejected) I came back to the hotel, but they refused to give me a refund. I asked who approved this, turns out it was one of the employees, without asking the supervisor. I had my hotel booked, couldn't get a refund, wasted my hours talking& waiting for the staff. The supervisor came in later, and saw that i was a girl& didn't speak japanese. He gave me a very disrespectful look and didn't even say a word to me. I fully understand it is usually not possible to get a refund once you check in, and i was ready to accept that if the hotel rejected my inquiry in the first place. I was stuck in the middle, with my money, time& feelings wasted. I still haven't got my money back( which i know it's impossible now), and the hotel has been ignoring all contacts from agoda. Also, the room itself was a open space with seperated cubicles. So i could hear everyone's alarm. Someone's alarm rang at 7:00am, which she didn't turn off, so it rang for 20 minutes and woke everyone in the room. I would never go to this place again, i would never recommend to my friends either. It is a sad thing to say, because the facilites were nice. I liked the amenities& the kitchen. Still, travelers, do not expect any customer service here.
