COSY is the right word!

The staff were super accommodating. I arrived early with no where to go but had meetings, so they organised for the apartment to be express cleaned and made it available to me so that I had somewhere to take my meetings. This was a great gesture and one that I am truly grateful for. For a studio apartment above a restaurant it was very quite and felt safe and secure. Parking was directly outside. The bed was comfortable and apartment warm and well equipt for a 3 day stay.

Electric shower, but hey it was very clean and worked well, it got pretty hot too. So no reason to complain.

I’m going to be working in Birmingham for a couple of years and this is the best place I’ve stayed in so far I would def

The shower pressure is very low but bearable that is the only thing everything else is good

Airport stay.

A very good location for an airport stay. Location is right next to a take away and two local shops/off license. Parking is easily available on the street/side streets and is free.

As the apartment is next to the shops, the sign lights shone through the blinds, maybe some curtains would help block the lights out. Otherwise it was great value for money.

we will be booking this apartment again.

location is very good and easy to get to, the area was nice an quite just like how we wanted it to be, the apartment was nice and very clean. fridge, kettle was working properly and there was cutlery and other equipment's in the kitchen for the guests to use. there are parks, restaurants and take always very close, walking distance from the property, also of licenses shop both side and they are open until late. we have parked our car right in front of the property which was very handy for us to take our suitcases and other belongings in to the apartment. I would highly recommend the property to friends and family's. I will be travelling to west midlands again in July and will book this apartment again.

Very comfortable bed, sofa and the layout of the apartment. no disturbance at all, we were very relaxed during our stay.

Good accommodation and good value for money

Cosy studio apartment had all the facilities I needed for a 3 nights stay

The stairs up to the studio were a little steep and the shower had very little water pressure
