This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The manager was always available and helpful, the location is excellent with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel is beautiful, quiet, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, it offers the best value for money, and I would definitely stay here again! 🤗❤️

The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest, atleast in the room we got.

the accommodation was very clean, but more than that, the staff were so kind. upon arrival, staff member ‘小刘’ was very kind, planning our trip for us. he also walked us around, introducing us to good local spots. we felt extremely accommodated the entirety of our trip!

The location is quiet and convenient. The staff was helpful in recommending places to visit. The hotel offers good value, and the room was spacious. Since the hotel was not very busy during our stay, we received a complimentary upgrade to a room with larger beds and a river view.

The hotel was very difficult to find. Cars cannot access the hotel directly because the building is in a gated area, and the address and directions were unclear. We had to be dropped off nearby and find our way there on foot. When we finally reached the building, we found that it contained many different hotels, and no one we asked seemed to know where our hotel was. We had to call the phone number provided before we were able to find the correct floor. Even the hotel manager’s business card does not include a name for the hotel - it simply says “Hotel.” In addition, the Chinese name advertised on Booking.com refers to a “Hongya Cave night view,” but there is no view of Hongya Cave from the hotel. The hotel is actually quite far from Hongya Cave. The internet was also not working when we arrived, and it took some time to get it fixed. There was also water leaking onto the floor from an unknown source, possibly the shower, leaving much of the area around the toilet wet. When we reported the problem, the hotel manager said it could only be fixed after our stay. This made me feel uncomfortable.
