Not that close to the beach, located on a busy main road

When asking for a refund due to the room not being ready the host was communicable and did refund promptly.

The location was on a busy main road. Not really a place to walk to the beach. The room was to be ready at 6pm but wasn't. The host communicated ok but not enough to let us know that the room wouldn't be ready. Timing for the host was questionable - it'll be ready in 5-10mins - then not ready 45mins later. A long night waiting for the host after a long day driving. Not what we expected.

Great value for money allowing clean and comfortable stay with ability to be self contained which is rare to find. Welco

Off street parking on driveway felt safe and secure. Private entrance to basement apartment. Modern design, clean and comfortable. Great to have full kitchen facilities without big cleaning fee for short stay. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Somewhat limited cooking pots / utensils compared to other self catering places we have been in eg. only 1 pan. Really appreciate a well appointed kitchen when you get one.

Nice house from outside, not far from the beach

The owner who was supposed to check in never showed up after 3 hours of waiting (no responses to phone calls, messages and email). Fortunatly we got the support from booking.com which tried to contact the owner. After 45 minutes our reservation was cancelled with no fees, but we had to find another place to stay for the night. Very very disappointed that some places could be advertised, booked, paid, confirmed and the owner never come to open the door.

Close to my relatives, adequate to my needs.

The new appliances and recent remodel were clean, modern, and appropriately neutral in decor.

The property advertised a hair dryer but I had to ask for it. The kitchen equipment was minimalist but the property managers did respond to requests for additional items. It would be good to provide instructions for various things (coffee maker, television troubleshooting etc).

It’s great for that quick trip.

Obviously a new remodel. Close to the main town of white rock with plenty of restaurant choices and walking on and around the pier.

The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as we hoped but we made due. It’s a more difficult walk to the beach if you are not in shape or of a later age as we are.

Cleaning setup comfy blanket mattress pillow too and kitchen items setup sofa combed everything was amazing thank uh soo much

Maybe you guys should add some more thinks like face wash hair comb pillows or blankets etc otherwise it's really an amazing experience with you 😀

An excellent place to stay for 4 people. Clean, comfortable, with a great location.

This was a self catering unit in a a great location for White Rock. Walking distance to shops and the beach. Our experience was excellent overall. The unit was newly finished and had all the essentials we needed. If we needed something, our host was very responsive and provided what we needed.

Lovely stay with gracious host! Loved the location.

Great location to beach and sports fields. Bright and new, lots of space for our family of four to sleep. Host was very kind and super quick response when we needed bedding for the pull out.

Could have used a lamp in second bedroom, and the wifi was not working in the bedrooms.
