Location was beautiful , 2 minute walk to ocean

Location was the best. Very attractive newer home with large apartment sized accommodations for 4 people below. Within walking distance to the main drag along Marine Drive where the lovely sandy beach, promenade, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, etc are. Our place was situated just far enough that you didn’t hear traffic, noise people make when having fun. Lovely patio & lawn with lawn furniture where you can enjoy looking at the ocean & sunsets. Accommodations are the best, if you complain about this property, nothing will please you. 2 good sized bedrooms with lots of space to hang & put your clothes away in, one king sized & one queen. One bathroom with bath/ shower combined, long vanity, plus a stackable washer & dryer. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a dinner, stove & fridge along with dishwasher for cleaning up. Living room area has a large tv on the wall, extremely large leather sofa & 2 smaller chairs. Comfortable room to sprawl out in after a fun day scouting around the area, This place is comfortable, very attractive decor and we found it spotless. Hostess was wonderful to work with. When I come back I will definitely try to rent this property again. Wanted to mention, this property is less than 10 minute drive to Crescent Beach. It has a lovely long & wide walking path along the ocean, where you can see Vancouver across the water. It’s been a hidden gem for a long time, but has now been discovered by people visiting.

Nothing bothered me because I loved it all. The house, as 95% of the houses are in this area, are built on a hill, approximately 15 stone stairs leading to the apartment may be tricky for someone with mobility issues. However, I’m an older person & I had no issues at all.

Rude and Unprofessional – Privacy Violated Great location and fair price, but the unit was dirty with mold in the bathtub. Before checkout time (10:30), we returned from a walk at 10:26 to find our suitcase moved to the door, zipped but not completely shut, and my wife’s jewelry tossed on top. The host entered early, stripped our bed, and started laundry despite another bed being available to strip with nothing on it. Extremely disrespectful and a violation of our privacy

Beautiful view, location and house

The location was great - close enough to walk down the road to cafes and shops and beach, but far enough to be a little quieter than the centre of town. The garden on the property was beautiful, well-kept, and full of lovely flowers and objets. Inside the property, the owners had thought of everything we might need; the facilities were immaculate. Excellent value.
