Con alma y sal

“Con alma y sal” has all you need for a cozy and charming Spanish vacation. The property is in Agua Dulce, a very popular destination for tourists near Cabo de Gata natural park. It is well equipped and has everything a family might need, either for a long or a short stay. The decoration is of good taste and the furniture inside is also good quality. The beds are so comfortable, the terrace is perfect for breakfasts in the morning or relaxed snacks in the evenings. The flat is perfectly located in a green and quiet neighborhood but also very close to shops, pharmacy, supermarkets and right when you get outside the building you encounter a cycling or jogging path downside a dried riverbed. I would highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys peace, comfort and a feel like home kind of stay. Our children loved everything about the place and we had a comfortable stay. We would surely return when possible.

The only thing that we would recommend is for te host to put a vacuum cleaner at the guests disposal, as the heating/cooling system stirs up dust all over the place. Also, to check for the bathroom fixtures and accessories from time to time-some of them were not well fixed and could have easily come off. There is only one bathroom (as in one wc) but we managed. (:

Eine Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Der Empfang war herzlich und freundlich, sodass wir uns schnell wohlfühlten. Die Betten sind bequem, die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Balkon mit einer Weitsicht über die Dächer der Nachbarschaft – groß genug, um dort entspannt im Freien zu essen. Und wer das Meer liebt: Der Strand ist rund 500 Meter entfernt!

Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es noch bei der Schlüsselübergabe – hier wäre ein reibungsloserer Ablauf wünschenswert. Ebenfalls wichtig zu wissen: Bei der Anreise wird eine Kaution von 150 € in bar fällig, was man im Vorfeld einplanen sollte.

El alojamiento está genial, ubicación, bonito, cómodo, muy bien equipado, el barrio muy tranquilo y tienes de todo lo necesario para comprar o tomar algo cerca. Silvia muy amable y nos ha dado un trato excepcional. 100 % recomendable
