Instructions on where to find the lock box was very clear. The location was very close walking distance to markets and other shopping. We were able to see the ocean from our apartment and very walkable. The hosts were helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable.

We had everything we needed so I have nothing additional to add in this section.

Stiff sliding wardrobe doors * Told on arrival that we needed to clean the apartment to the standard we found it or else we get charged 25€. This upset us all holiday, created a bad feeling. Worrying we were going to be blamed for poor cleaning and worn stained decor. Does that mean that it doesn’tk always get properly cleaned between each rental? We shouldn’t be doing that, maybe put it in your policy on booking.com. We wouldn’t have booked. * We had to make our own beds on arrival. This shouldn’t happen. * Requested a cot and got a stained worn travel cot, with a mattress or bedding. We was told that you had done us “a favour” by getting us a cot, not impressed. We shouldn’t be doing that, maybe put it in your policy on booking.com. We wouldn’t have booked. * Requested more pillows- didn’t get a reply. * No hot water- told to change our own gas bottle. No pre warning when given the keys. We shouldn’t be doing that, maybe put it in your policy on booking.com. We wouldn’t have booked, we’re not camping. * Stained fitted sheet on arrival. Jefre insisted it was clean and kept insisting I smelt the bedding. I didn’t want to smell the visibly stained sheets. He said he was going to bring another one the following day, but didn’t. * Standard of cleaning looked rushed, things missed. * Jefre wanted to rush off for a beer when we were checking in, when we had issues, he came back smelling of beer and belittled the issues. Creating a lack of trust and bad feeling. * No internal bolt on the door so anyone with a key or a copied key could access the apartment at anytime.
