You have to pay 4 euros for the loungers at the pool. This racks up across a week.

Nos ha encantado, hemos estado de maravilla, el apartamento está totalmente reformado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días increíbles. La ubicación es estratégica para poder moverte por toda la isla. La playa de Son Bou espectacular. El recinto precioso. Y Sam que es la persona que gestiona el apartamento un 11. Está pendiente de todo y te ayuda en todo lo que está a su alcance . Mil gracias Sam, hemos tenido una estancia muy bonita. Repetiremos . 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Me gustó absolutamente todo

An extremely clean, tidy modern and very well equipped apartment. Ideally situated for the bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beautiful beach of Son Bou. Great air con. Very comfy beds - 2 of us stayed here. Great walk in shower. Used the washing machine a couple of times to refresh our beach towels and took many of our clothes home clean. Most things we needed were provided, from shampoo and soap to dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods. Used the pool a few times - had an easy to enter set of steps with handrails too. Used the bus service with 2 stops very close by and easy to get to other places on the island this way.

I have a slight mobility/balance issue walking and would have liked some handrails on the steps up and down around the grounds but managed to navigate some access points with slopes rather than steps by the end of the week. This is not a reflection on the accommodation, merely the complex it is in.

Logement très bien placé pour explorer Minorque. A 5mn à pied de l'immense plage de Son Bou et des commerces. Logement très bien équipé il ne manque rien, confortable,belle décoration . Tout le mobilier est neuf. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer et beau couché de soleil,c'était magnifique. Je recommande ce logement.

Il n'y avait aucune pastille pour le lave vaisselle. Aucune capsule pour le café ni sachets de thé ,cela aurait été utile pour le premier jour. Il n'y a pas d'isolation avec les voisins, beaucoup de bruits dès 6h du matin (ménage ?) mais cela n'est pas la faute du propriétaire. A savoir: pas de produit à douche ni shampooing.
