Carlos hat uns ein paar Tage vor Anreise genauestens instruiert - PIN-Code für die Schlüsselbox, wo was ist etc. - und auch während des Aufenthalts nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und war immer verfügbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Das Appartement bietet alles, was man braucht. TOP war auch die Kühlbox mit Kühlelementen, Sonnenschirme, Strandliege und Bälle für die Kids - all das durften wir kostenlos benutzen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und nur 5 Minuten von allem entfernt (Strand, Restaurants). Appartement war sehr sauber. W-LAN hat ebenfalls sehr gut funktioniert.
Die Matratzen im grossen Schlafzimmer waren wirklich sehr hart und ich konnte gar nicht gut schlafen. Die Matratzen im kleineren Zimmer waren dafür viel zu weich. Eine Investition in 4 neue Matratzen würde sich bestimmt lohnen.

The location was good as it was close to the beach - a 10 minute walk.
The apartment was okay but quite expensive compared to two other places (one apartment, one hotel) that we stayed at in Menorca during this holiday. The windows and doors had a few problems in that several of them appeared to need adjustments to function properly. That could be easily fixed though. Generally the furnishings were just okay, nothing special.
