Très joli appartement avec une bonne disposition des pièces, un séjour agréable et une grande cuisine. Bien isolé avec un ventilateur qui a permis de garder un semblant de fraîcheur ! Très confortable Parking en sous-sol
2 minuscules remarques : - les chaises de bar sont trop hautes, ce n’est pas super confortable - l’équipement pour cuisiner est minimaliste : nous n’en avons pas eu besoin mais pour un séjour plus long ça aurait été pénalisant

Proximity to town, easy walk along the promenade. The apartment had everything needed although we didn't use much as we ate out most times.
Not really a problem, but there seemed to be so many doors and being a bit compact meant some needed closing so another could be opened up. A minor problem. Having the booklet in English would have been great.

Well appointed first floor apartment excellently located near the centre of Vannes with easy access to ferry boats and buses to explore the area. Supermarket and boulangerie located two minutes away.

La situation géographique . Appartement moderne.communication agréable avec l’hôte .
Le manque d’hygiène ( traces sur les vitres , sur les meubles de cuisine et la table , sols non lavé, miettes partout , four cassé, four micro-ondes très sale , sable dans les chambres ) et les chaises non adaptées à la table à manger . Une vitre a été cassée avant que l’on arrive et ça n’a pas été sécurisé en attendant la réparation. Odeur d’égout dans une salle de bain.
