The owner was very kind, friendly and responsive.

The rooms were very cold. We asked for a heater for one room because we had kids, but my friends in the other room felt very cold during the night. The Wi-Fi also had no internet connection, and the owner bought a SIM card for us to use, which was okay but not ideal since we rented two rooms.

They didn’t have even very cheap slippers to wear inside the room. Address wasn’t properly displayed and it was difficult to find it . Luckily through calling the manager we found the location

The price was reasonable, and the beach is relatively close if you have a car. A lot of space to park your car

The photos on Booking appear to have been AI-edited and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The building is run-down, surrounded by clutter, and the balcony overlooks a noisy mechanical workshop. The towels were old, dirty, and unhygienic, and there were even used towels from previous guests left in the wardrobe. The shower didn’t drain properly, there was a strong sewage smell, and the bathroom door handle was falling off. The air conditioner leaked water into a bottle, and we were told to place the bottle underneath it and empty it ourselves whenever it filled up. The manager never introduced herself and wrongly tried to charge us the tourist tax a second time, even though it was already included in our Booking payment. We had to waste an hour at the tourist office because of this confusion. Without a car, the location is very inconvenient. The property is next to a road construction site with no sidewalks, making it difficult and unsafe to walk anywhere. The only positives were the reasonable price, the short drive to the beach, and a shared outdoor kitchen where it was possible to have breakfast. However, it felt more like a campsite, with old mismatched second-hand tables and chairs, so it wasn’t particularly clean or inviting. I understand this is budget accommodation, but even cheaper places we’ve stayed in were cleaner, honestly represented, and much better managed.
