It was a good sized caravan. You could walk to the beach and Arcade/ Pool from here and there is plenty of parking if you want to drive to either.
The kitchen could have more utensils like a tin opener and a colander and more saucepans. The caravan needs a deep clean to get rid of the unfortunate smell. We did open the windows and door to air it but it made no difference.
