Spotless when I arrived. Spacious and stylishly furnished. Well equipped with household utensils and perfect for a prolonged stay. Open views from the windows, though that also means strong light coming into the apartment at some hours of day, which can be easily catered to with the blinds. There is a good place to shop for drugs in walkable distance.
Slightly bumpy walkway (for your luggage case) in the neighbourhood but that should improve over time.

The house is very clean. There is a double bed in the bedroom but there are three (futon) single beds in the lounge which were super comfortable. Bathroom and toilets are clean.
The host are a super cute couple, they were very polite and made us comfortable, they are quick in responding to queries and helped us with the surroundings.
