So many positive things, it’s in town enough to get deliveroo for example, but not too near a beach which if you want to just walk to a beach, it’s not the right location. However being in a suburb you have access to all of the facilities you need. We loved the villa so much we mainly spent our time there. The pool is a really good size and we were in there a great deal, it’s big enough for inflatables and playing family games, there is a ping pong table by the pool also. The internal part of the villa is an incredibly high standard. Also there is the friendliest cat alive at the property who stays in the garage where you feed him, he is extremely low maintenance and so cute and friendly. The grounds of the villa are also gorgeous with a koi carp pond around the back and the view from the back window of the main bedroom.

We didn’t realise that the bins had to be taken down the road to be emptied but amazingly when we asked our host, we took them where they should be and they were emptied!
