    The bath room door locked is broken, the main door knob is broken, no other toiletries. The location is not beach front as advertised but beach access. The aircon is too high and too hot. The mattress and bed sheet are dirty and have black stains on it. Their wifi is too slow and not 24/7 front desk as advertised. Not worth every penny booked it for 15k but it is worth 2.5k. Definitely the worst one.

    We went during April peak season & San Juan was very busy; this resort was a very pleasant surprise! It was not busy & the beach was beautiful especially during sunset. There are small jellyfish in the ocean but that's everywhere on this beach & not an issue during high tide/sunset. Staff was respectful but it was hard to request amenities like towel replacements/cleaning/water replacement. Only downside is that it is a bit far from San Juan but the staff helped get reliable transportation; also do note there is construction in the resort as they are expanding but doesn't affect much but be aware work is being done. Also parking is a bit tight as per the area. I will 100% be returning once the expansion is complete, excited for the future of this resort!

    Arrived.. looked at unit. Told them not accepting and fees ins why. Message resort and recd reply to ask for refund and they would agree . Requested WiFi and non. No tv cable or fridge which fit this high price is expected. Door to balcony hanging on only. Broken rotted wood. Glass could break abd damage anyone. Balcony dirty and lefty over beer bottles plus filth inbeteeen upright bastraded on balcony. Lady we spoke to very nice. Told us and later messaged resort was willing full refund and to contact Agoda . For this money you can stay in a 5 star hotel in Miami with better views from your room . I would bday years ago when fully maintained this resort was much better. Now appears run down . I have requested full refund from Agoda 6 hour drive then as holiday no other places vacancy so 6 hour drive home … nothing a good day at all

    The hotel does its job: you have a place to sleep in with airconditioning. There’s a private shower with heater. But no high expectations of the room. No shampoo or soap or slippers. No water and anything beyond the bed and the room. Bedsheets and towel were old and thin. Lock felt like it might give out easily. The beach was my highlight. IG worthy spots everywhere. And almost no people so it’s like we had the beach to ourselves. Staff was very kind and helped us set up a bonfire (with a fine). Sand was very fine. Waves are perfect. Water was clean.
