    ​Pros: ​Wonderful View: The view from the room was truly the highlight of our stay. ​Helpful Staff: The staff members were genuinely friendly, polite, and accommodating whenever we interacted with them. ​Cons: ​Poor Maintenance: The building and rooms are in dire need of upkeep. The blinds were completely torn, giving the room a run-down feel. ​Cleanliness Issues: We encountered major cleanliness problems. When we first opened the curtains, there was a noticeable layer of dust that unfortunately triggered my allergic rhinitis. Additionally, the bathroom had visible molds, which was disappointing and unsanitary. ​Ventilation & Equipment: The room was uncomfortably hot despite setting the AC to lowest temp. When we asked for a fan, the one provided was extremely dirty. ​Bottom Line: We paid over ₱11,000 for our stay, so we naturally expected a much higher standard of comfort, cleanliness, and room quality. Not even a breakfast was included or complimentary water. Unfortunately, aside from the great view and the kind personnel, the overall condition of the property does not justify the price. I cannot recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

    Clean property in a really great location - beach side. Food is amazing, and the cheapest in the beach strip. Parking is wide and really convenient and well managed and with 24/7 supervision. Everything is well-managed by the staff - who are also friendly and very accommodating (despite hick-ups here and there). Will definitely book here again next time!

    The location was good, but the facilities are mid. i do not recommend it unless the owner or the management will addressed the ff problems 1. Lack of storage. (No tables or cabinets to use) 2. UNCLEAN WATER (THERE ARE BLACK RESIDUES ON THE FAUCET) YOU NEED TO KEEP THE WATER RUNNING IN ORDER FOR YOU TO AVOID IT. I cannot shower properly just thinking about it. 3. The smell of the towels and blankets. Rooms are not clean enough.
