Good size for 3-4 people staying short periods. Easy going to Narita and Haneda with a single train ride, no need to change. It’s very comfortable to stay. Close to supermarket and station. Will be back next time.
It’s hilltop. You will need to walk up hill for 1-2 minutes. It seems a little, but I felt so tired on the way back after going out the whole day. But this is trade off with the other benefits. I prefer to be back and stay here again.

The property is perfectly located in central Tokyo, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Having a large supermarket right downstairs was especially helpful during the stay. It is also just a short walk to the subway, with direct access to the airport, which made traveling very easy. Shinagawa Station and Takanawa Gateway Station are both within about a 10-minute walk, and Tokyo Tower can be reached on foot in around 30 minutes. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable place, host was extremely friendly and helpful, property was well-appointed with everything you need for a sort or long stay.
