Le matelas ou les draps/coussins avaient une forte odeur que nous avons découverte la première nuit. Nous avons averti le personnel le lendemain, qui a fait changer les draps, améliorant la situation mais l'odeur persistait (sûrement incrusté dans le matelas ?)

Located within 10 minutes walk to Brockley Station, which can take you to central London in 10-15 minutes through the Windrush line. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to. A study and social room is available for those who need to wind down or work somewhere. The social room has a vending machine that is regularly stocked. Room was clean and had a balcony. Desk and wardrobe were decently sized. Towels, toilet paper and showering products were provided, as was a kettle and some drinking glasses. The inner courtyard provides a space to walk around, sit down and enjoy some fresh air. Wifi is very good and available across the entire site.

The site was difficult to move through, as there are secured doors with electronic locks throughout. I requested a ground floor room as I had luggage but the lowest floor required going up the stairs to reach. These two issues made moving up with my luggage and moving down during checkout difficult. There was no cooling system in the room and in the middle of the August 2026 heatwave I found myself constantly sweating and needing to open the balcony to ventilate. According to the management team accessing the apartment kitchens was prohibited but you could walk into them where you would see that all the appliances had been taken out and the stoves were non-functioning. The shower box was too small and the sink was too small and low. There was a rubbish bin in the inner courtyard that was later sealed by staff members so residents could only throw their rubbish in the outdoor bins. The management team also told me that locking myself out of my room would result in a £25 fine, which thankfully did not happen but seems absurd to me. At £50 a night, including a cleaning fee even if you keep the room in pristine condition, it is relatively expensive given the size and quality of what you're getting, but with London prices in the summer this is a reasonable compromise if you want somewhere private to stay.
