I booked the place as it was the only one available closest to ginzan onsen as I had left it too late. It did the job. Close enough for a day trip in. Large space for 4 and clean
There is nothing around. Facilities are very basic. The included breakfast was just toast and yogurt. For the price I would have expected more. Would have been nice to have extra blankets as we didn’t keep the heating on all night. Having said this I found this is a Japan thing. They expect you to use the heating but it’s just too dry.

A farm house converted in to a modern AirBnB!
Room was very comfortable and beds were very comfortable

Well located near the Ginza Onsen area . It’s a 10 mi it drive by taxi or public transport. The room has everything you need from amenities to basic kitchen supplies , kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge and washing mashing . Super specious room can accommodate a large family . Private toilet and shower with amenities cold/hot water and SUPER CLEAN.
Confortable beds , a/c and air purifier. So basically you get it all for a good price . Host is amazing . They are they for you with super fast communication and support . Smooth check in process with friendly staff who shows you around and provides you with all details about the property . You are provided with supplies for next day brakefast and they even pamper you with a delicious ice cream on arrival . They place is a KEEPER.
You just need to plan property your time table if you wanna move around with public transport since it’s limited in the area . Don’t be fooled about the looks of the façade since it’s a small property
Perfect property . You just have to arrange your times properly . WiFi could be a bit more powerful .

Super nette freundliche Personal! Ganz liebe Leute!
Wunderschönes apt., eine große Überraschung wenn von innen betrachtet! Das Kaffeehaus ist sehr gemütlich und freundlich, gute Kaffee und Atmosphäre! Die Bus Haltestelle ist sehr nah von Haus, nach Ginzan Onsen und Oishida Station. Praktisch!
