    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our family ski trip. The location is excellent, almost like a ski-in/ski-out resort, making it very convenient for accessing the slopes. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service (with prior booking) to other gondola stations and the town area, which was extremely helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and dinner was impressive. Guests can select an à la carte main course such as steak or shabu-shabu, while also enjoying unlimited access to the buffet, desserts, and drinks. We stayed in a room equipped with a projector screen, which became one of our favorite features. It allowed us to connect our phones and enjoy movies, YouTube, and music together every evening. After a full day of skiing, the onsen was the perfect place to relax and unwind. It quickly became our family's favorite part of the hotel experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great facilities, good food, and excellent service. We would happily return on our next ski holiday.

    Probably the most conveniently located hotel in Zao. Literal ski in and ski out, effortless and fun. Ski rental shop in house has Salomon skis in good condition. Very good onsen. We had a large loft room which wasn't cheap but it was worth it for the extra space. Dinner buffet was ok but not meorable, although they did provide free beer, wine, sake. and whiskey! Would stay again. You just can't beat the ease of walking out of the hotel, dropping your skis on the snow, and skiing without walking even 10 meters.

    Good location. There are too few food lines in the morning. Jar for drinking water is a little bit dirty. Hard to contact before checking in.

    - A hotel for tour groups mainly, they will not have time to take care individual guests - Staff are mainly not Japanese, so you may not experience the Japanese hospitality - Dinner is not recommended, low quality food and limited spreads. It is the standard meal for tour groups - Breakfast is okay, more choice than dinner - Next to chairlift, convenient for skiers - hotel has shuttle service to bus terminal, though you need to carry your luggages for a 20m snow slope
