    Staff was friendly and they did their best to accommodate our needs despite language barrier. We didn’t drive but it was easy to book a taxi via hotel and restaurants. Snack bar with variety of coffee and tea was delightful! Breakfast was good enough for adults and kids to start a happy morning.

    Japanese Hospitality: Breakfast, Snacks and on-site Onsen. The highlight of our stay was the included breakfast, the spread is not big, but uses a lot of local produce from the area. They put out free local snacks and coffee for a little pick me up. The rooms are rather old, retrofitted window cooler/heating units restricts the opening of the windows and some unexpected gaps. Staff are friendly and attentive.

    The environment at the lobby is very warm and welcoming, especially with the free tidbits and drinks provided during the evening session. It creates a nice atmosphere where guests can gather, relax, and enjoy the vibes together. However, the laundry service could be improved, as the hotel currently has only one washing machine and one dryer.
