Very clean, comfortable accommodation. Perfect for visiting friends in Selby. Everything was ready for our arrival and the lockbox was very easy to locate. Would definitely recommend.
Some bedside lamps and a cafetiere would have been great.

The property was fab. Lovely, clean and cosy. Higjly recommend
Nothing. The only thing, and out of the host is control was that someone had parked in the allocated parking spaces and there was no room in the car park. Not sure how, maybe this needs to be looked at. A small foldable dining table would be great in the kitchen, especially with kids.

Lovely new build. Once warm- cosy.
Equipped and easy to get to York etc

Communication was limited and not timely.
Had to chase for the code and it wasn't clear where the box was
Feels like it implys it's linked to the place next door- where they are annoyed that you park in front of the accomodation and ask you to move ( they were nice about it but I'm sure it won't be long)
3 small towels for 4 people..
Boiler wasn't on and no instructions to tell you how.
Loud in the evenings as the restaurant uses the B
Side of the building so lots of banging.
