SELF CATERING cottage on a SMALLHOLDING near York.DISABLED ACCESS MOBILITY LEVEL1 with wheelchair access. A single storey barn conversion (circa1850) The light and airy cottage, has a wet room. A bedroom with king size bed. A spacious open plan kitchen ,living ,diner with original beams and log burning stove with French windows onto the patio and garden. It has a double sofa bed and all the furniture is good quality . The property is cosy and comfortable with a delightful ambience AND NEWLY FITTED KITCHEN. The private garden has a flower border and a stone flagged seating area with patio table and chairs.Good road access to York,Whitby ,North moors,wolds & coast
SAFE PARKING close to cycle routes and bikers welcome.Pets welcome at the owners discretion please describe your breed & size of dog..A fee of £5 pn per dog.

Absolutely lovely little cottage in the most quiet location, once Judy had shown us around the cottage we were left alone to come and go as we pleased, the cottage is faultlessly clean with everything you need,it is so peaceful I had the best sleep id had in years Highly recommend and we will definitely be using this again as our son is at university in York and it's close enough to pop in and out of the city

This property had everything you could need for a great stay, beautiful setting, cozy and comfortable. The host was available and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
