It has a double sofa bed and all the furniture is good quality . The property is cosy and comfortable with a delightful ambience AND NEWLY FITTED KITCHEN. The private garden has a flower border and a stone flagged seating area with patio table and chairs.Good road access to York,Whitby ,North moors,wolds & coast

Absolutely lovely little cottage in the most quiet location, once Judy had shown us around the cottage we were left alone to come and go as we pleased, the cottage is faultlessly clean with everything you need,it is so peaceful I had the best sleep id had in years
Highly recommend and we will definitely be using this again as our son is at university in York and it's close enough to pop in and out of the city

This property had everything you could need for a great stay, beautiful setting, cozy and comfortable. The host was available and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

A great little cottage. Very well looked after and clean on arrival. Small but perfect for 2 with its own private courtyard.
