Great location, clean and well appointed, Some products and food stuffs was good touch. Milk would have been good.
not ideal that key pick up was a 5-7 minute walk with bags, but all flat.

Location. Clean. Set up was amazing.
Key is at a different location and has to be picked up and returned there. Open packets of food in cupboard. Tea and coffee there but no sugar or milk.

Excellent location with good view of Melbourne. Close to Art Precinct, gardens and river walks. Easy access to public transport. Comfortable beds, good kitchen with small but good dishwasher.
Smallish rooms with limited storage for suitcases etc. wardrobes need some shelving. Good washing machine but use a dryer, the drying rack is small and unstable, falling over with a little wind. House key drop off was only possible after 8:30 am and is not convenient if early departure is needed.
