This house is close to the Mall, just 8 minutes walk, easy to find the things we need. The Check-In process of the house is also quite easy, even though it's almost 10 pm. The owner of the house is also easy to contact...Rent this house because of Convocation Day at UiTM....Overall, satisfied with the rental place.
Water sink flow is not really Smooth, but it is still usable.

I booked this property because I had a convocation at the nearby university. As for the location, it is very close to the university and mall (icity mall), and it was easier to go to the mall by just walking approximately 7-8 minutes. The property facilities are also almost adequate, and they have everything I needed (hairdryer, washing machine, microwave, wifi, etc.).
The host gave long and confusing instructions (key collection, parking, and do's and don'ts). I have to read a few times to understand the instructions. The second room doesn't have the electric socket, and every time I want to charge my phone or use a hairdryer, I have to come out and use the outside socket.
