The location
Difficult to get to the right location. Waze took us to I city mall instead. And the exit was inconvenient as there’s only 1 exit

The location is very nice, near a shopping center, food is easy to buy, and there is a swimming pool for both children and adults.
We are a family of five, but the property only provided one queen bed and one single bed. The master room can only sleep three people, and the overall bedding arrangement was not comfortable or fair for our group size.Additionally, the heater in the property was not working.
We also faced difficulties with communication. We requested location details a day in advance but were initially refused. When provided, the arrival instructions were unclear, requiring us to ask for details one by one via WhatsApp without clear visuals. Additionally, the parking QR code was only shared after we requested it, adding to our stress and causing us to lose time.
