The instructions were given clearly and it was not hard to retrieve the keys. The pros: 1. The house is clean 2. The rooms are quite spacious, especially the master bedroom. 3. The crockery and cutlery are sufficiently provided. 4. The water pressure is strong. 5. All aircons and water heaters function well.

I am writing this review to provide clarity for future travellers and to encourage the host to improve their service. Cons: 1.The padlock is rusty and difficult to use. It is not easy to lock or unlock, and forcing it may damage the key. It should be replaced. 2.Kitchen: There is no proper stove. The host provided an induction cooker, but none of the cookware is compatible with it. Induction cookers require specific cookware, and this should be properly prepared. There is also no hand-washing soap.This is a basic necessity and inexpensive, so it should be provided. 3. There are no big plastic bags for trash. For guests travelling in groups, large trash bags are essential. 4.No detergent was provided, although the host claimed that it would be. As it was during Raya, many shops were closed, which made it difficult to purchase necessities. 5.Communication was poor before the stay. I sent several messages, but responses were very slow. The host only became responsive after full payment was made. 6.The mattresses are too hard, and the towels are thin and not very absorbent. 7.The house rules are unclear and misleading. It is stated that the house must be left in a “neat and tidy condition,” but this is too vague. We took out the trash, swept the floor, and gathered all used linens in one place to make cleaning easier. Despite this, we were charged an additional RM50 because the sofa pillows were not arranged properly, there were a few used mugs on the table, and one bowl in the sink. This raises the question: what exactly is expected from guests? Are we supposed to clean the house to the same condition as when we arrived? If so, what is the purpose of paying RM1000 per night? We made a genuine effort to maintain cleanliness throughout our stay. There was no trash left behind, and the floors were swept and wiped daily. Despite this, part of our deposit was still deducted. The host should recognise and appreciate responsible guests rather than penalising them.
