Wisteria Luxury Apartment Hanoi

I like the staff and the location of the property. The rooms are quite spacious and everything is well designed and comfortable. It is value for money.

The reception desk does not have a lobby for guests to wait but you can keep your luggage and explore around streets and cafes if you arrive early.

I had a studio apartment with a balcony. It's centrally located in Ba Dinh, with many convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. My apartment was big, had a great air conditioner, and it was pretty quiet. A wide variety of apps were available on the large, wide-screen TV. The kitchenette had a good size fridge, plenty of cupboards, washer/dryer, microwave, cooktop and rangehood (which is great if you like cooking). There's even a foldaway table that's big enough for 2 people to have meals. The balcony was handy as it was always warm there, so washed clothes dry fast on hanging rack (as the dryer in the washing machine can be a bit slow). Overall, it was a great place to stay at a good price.

It was difficult to find a big supermarket or shopping mall in this part of Ba Dinh, although Buffalo Mart, which is nearby, often had food I couldn't find elsewhere.

The room was very clean, modern facilities, spacious, in a fantastic location. The staff, specifically Lynn, was attentive and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

It was nice how you can section the room off with the room divider, the two men downstairs were lovely and friendly. The room was big and spacious. Good air conditioning in terms of temperature. Clean and tidy. Baggage storage was great. Nice to have a little balcony.

The noise from the road was so loud when trying to sleep. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. If anyone on your floor is cooking your whole room will smell of their cooking. The shower door leaks. The host was lovely, however the there were quite a few times where times got mixed up and became a hassle for us to pay and other little bits that you don’t really want to have to think about when your on holiday. There was so many ants in the kitchen! There was a few when we checked in, I thought I had got rid of them but they kept coming back. There was no where near enough hangers! There was a total of three in the two wardrobes. They are building on floors 1&2 so could be quite noisy. Location was okay, further out than we would have liked. You can hear the lift all the time from inside the room as it beeps when it reaches the floor selected so was a bit frustrating in the evening and early mornings.
