Checking in was no hassle at all. The property's proximity to SM Mabolo was an advantage and spent almost half a day there eating, shopping, and having something repaired. Nearby BPI was a welcome sight as I also needed to have my finances in order. The property manager's immediate intervention to having no internet on my first day was to provide me with a portable prepaid modem until the main internet line got fixed the following day. I enjoyed just binge-watching on the streaming TV the rest of my stay as it was raining a lot.
Cockroach nymphs just happen to appear in the room's CR. Took care of them as best as I could. While Rose Pharmacy had a convenience store section, there's just no way to beat a 7-Eleven's inventory of various items and goods. I think the property could use a more dedicated restaurant or diner within it besides a 24-hour convenience store. If you're in search of a night life, you'll have to walk a bit further since most of it lies beyond SM's vicinity.
